Rules
1. It is forbidden to send Spam using hosting, while Spam is not limited to electronic mailing of letters and includes other generally accepted interpretations on the Internet.
2. Passive Spam (Spam) is prohibited, i.e. sending Spam (Spam) without using hosting, but containing a link to a hosted site.
3. It is prohibited to violate the rights of third parties using the Contractor’s services. Includes (but is not limited to): posting or sending private information about third parties without their consent; infringement of intellectual property rights; posting or sending defamation about third parties.
4. It is prohibited to post and send any information (infected with viruses or containing malicious components) that may harm and cause losses to the hoster and/or third parties.
5. It is prohibited to violate the laws of the countries where the resource is available using the hoster’s services. Includes (but is not limited to):
- posting or mailing information that promotes the spread of drugs;
- attempts at unauthorized access to computer systems;
- infringement of intellectual property rights of third parties (piracy, copyright, etc.);
- posting or mailing materials, the distribution of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable laws;
- posting and/or distributing information that promotes violence or extremism, incites racial, national or religious hatred;
- processing of personal data of third parties without the consent of the subjects of personal data or in the absence of other grounds for their processing;
- placement of online casinos, roulette tables and other projects aimed at drawing game values;
- posting information that may mislead Internet users, posting contact information of a third party.
6. It is forbidden on resources:
- hosting torrent trackers, Internet radio, online broadcasts of broadcasts, including sports competitions, online cinemas, doorway sites (pages), HYIP projects, sites offering betting forecasts, privateering;
- hosting applications running in the background (daemons);
- placement of programs/scripts for promotion: likes on social networks, visits, contests, etc.;
- hosting sites that forcibly redirect to third-party resources that violate these Rules;
- posting of pornographic materials;
- placement of applications used for obtaining/mining cryptocurrencies;
- the placement of sites containing links to third-party resources in their content that violate these Rules;
- carrying out activities to maintain a distributed platform and create new blocks with the opportunity to receive rewards in the form of new units and commission fees in various cryptocurrencies (mining, mining, cryptocurrency mining, etc.);
- Placement of infrastructure and/or specialized software for mass email distribution.
7. It is prohibited, without the consent of the hosting owners, to scan Internet elements for any type of vulnerabilities using the Contractor’s services.
8. It is forbidden to use hosting resources to provide mass public mail services, VPN services, and proxy services.
9. It is forbidden to specify a non-existent or fake email address as the reverse when using hosting equipment.
10. It is prohibited to perform any actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the hoster’s hardware and/or software or other third parties.
11. Attempts to gain access to the hoster’s own resources, as well as to any Internet resources owned by third parties, without their consent, including cybersquatting, are prohibited.
12. It is prohibited to use the hoster’s dedicated IP addresses to host sites included in the Unified Register of Domain Names, site indexes on the Internet, and network addresses that identify sites on the Internet that contain information that is prohibited from being distributed.
13. The hosting owner reserves the right to refuse to service or provide services to the Site Owner in case of inappropriate behavior by the Customer, insults from the hoster’s representatives and the use of profanity.
14. In case of repeated, systematic violation of these Rules by the Site Owner, the hoster reserves the right to completely suspend the provision of services to the owner and/or refuse to service him.
Technical limitations
It is forbidden to exceed the established restrictions on the use of server resources for hosting. If the site owner exceeds the established limits on the use of system resources, which entails a noticeable deterioration in the quality of services provided to other owners, the hoster has the right to impose restrictions on the hosting service and/or suspend it completely.
1. It is prohibited to exceed the statistical load (CP) generated by the user’s processes on the server processors per day by more than:
- 80 CP
2. It is prohibited to exceed the statistical load of the MySQL server (CP) generated by user requests to the server processors per day by more than:
- 2500 CP
3. The following restrictions have been introduced on the equipment:
- the maximum number of simultaneous processes processing requests for a single domain is 30;
- the maximum number of simultaneous connections to the MySQL database server is 50;
- the maximum size of an email message is 75 MB (the contents of the email are encoded in base64, which entails a 30% increase in size);
- the maximum file size transmitted via a POST request is 999 MB.;
- the maximum number of files on a user’s account is 50,000;
- the maximum number of emails via SMTP is 5 shipments per minute, 20 per hour, while the size of the email should not exceed 75 MB (the contents of the email are encoded in base64, which entails a 30% increase in size);
- the maximum number of emails via the php mail() function is 5 shipments per minute, while the size of the email should not exceed 70 MB (the contents of the email are encoded in base64, which entails a 30% increase in size);
- the maximum number of mailboxes per user account is 3;
- It is forbidden to host applications used on third-party sites and programs running in the background (daemons).
